This studio researched and designed energy-efficient, affordable housing that the economically dwindling Kentucky houseboat industry could produce.

This multifamily housing project features a simple 'shift' aspect in the plan that can adjust according to the amount of space needed. The prefabricated pieces never exceed a footprint of 52' X 11' for mobility by tractor trailer and efficient on-site assembly.
