C4D+E is a space to facilitate problem solving at the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research campus. "Design and research projects will operate in a space dedicated to transdisciplinary work, allowing for a holistic understanding of the problem and a calculated plan for the future." 

Deliverables for Filson and Rohrbacher include site analysis, site planning and finalized drawings.
